For my CoolSculpting appointment, I was very well informed by the practitioner, walked through the process step by step and generally taken care of very well. The procedure itself was virtually painless (abdomen and flanks). Some very mild discomfort in the first 5 minutes and then barely noticeable thereafter. Writing this review the same day as my treatment so time will tell on the results, but certainly nothing to worry about as far as the actual procedure is concerned. I was made to feel quite relaxed.
