I had to see Dr Benji Dhillon as an emergency appointment. I had filler with a popular instagram practitioner, who injected filler directly into my vein causing serious vascular occlusion. I was very unwell and frightened. The practitioner did not answer or return my calls or messages for 3 days. Thankfully Dr.Dhillon saw me immediately and recognised the seriousness of the situation. Over the course for 48 hours I saw him a number of times, ultimately he saved my skin and flesh from dying and had to put right someone’s else’s mistake. He remained very calm and was very empathetic during a traumatic experience . I’m very grateful to the staff at define. Iv leant a very valuable lesson regarding Fillers and would now never allow beauty therapists to do injectables on me no matter how fantastic there instagram looks!

I spent a great deal of time researching the pros and cons of having fillers before I decided to book an appointment with Dr Dhillon. I had lots of questions and concerns and I wanted to discuss these before I went ahead with the procedures. On meeting Dr Dhillon and his team, I was immediately put at ease, my questions were discussed in depth and I felt completely reassured about the treatments. I subsequently went ahead with both fillers and botox and I couldn’t be more delighted, the results are incredibly natural and I’ve since had numerous comments on how well I look. I can’t recommend Dr Dhillon and his team highly enough, you immediately feel that you are in the care of a true expert and someone that cares about giving you the best outcome.

Dr Arreni recently did some lip filler correction work for me, when I arrived at Define I was extremely anxious and very down due to some previous work I had done elsewhere that went very wrong & I cannot thank Dr Arreni enough for not only correcting it for me so well but the reassurance & confidence she gave me along the way. What an amazing experience from start to finish. Had a great consultation with Dr Dhillon and then had some Post treatment photos taken with his state of Art equipment with his fabulous team.
I have never had any dermal filler procedures before so was a little nervous however Dr Dhillon and his team were extremely reassuring and put my mind at ease. I have to say in my experience of working in the Aesthetics industry I have never seen any other clinician look at a face like a piece of art, with his precise measuring, angles and vision, using his knowledge, ability and skills to advise and correct areas providing an amazing end result.
