I really appreciated how warm and welcoming Dr Berisha was during my appointments, which helped to put me at ease. She was also very knowledgable about the procedure and patiently answered all of my questions. I am very happy with the results and will be visiting Define clinic again soon!

Great experience. Starting from booking my appointment with the receptionist to helping me with the technical glitch to my online appointment with Dr Paige, all was superb. Fantastic customer service. I have not had a treatment yet but will highly recommend the clinic for how comfortable they make their clients. 5 stars !!

I trust them with everything. They are honest & kind and everyone is so friendly! I recommend to all my friends.
